Jessica Ann is a Nurse, Somatic Practitioner, Reiki Master and visionary leader devoted to transforming the way healing happens in the world. After years in nursing, including hospice care, she saw that true healing requires more than physical treatment — it requires nervous system healing, emotional integration, and energetic embodiment.

Her mission is to end mental suffering by helping individuals heal at the root  within the body, the nervous system, and the subconscious patterns that shape human experience. She believes that when people learn to regulate, process, and embody their truth, suffering no longer has to define their lives.

Through her Academy- programs, mentorship, and leadership, Jessica has supported thousands of women and healthcare professionals in healing trauma, expanding their capacity to hold others, and stepping into purpose-driven work that changes lives.

She believes the future of healing is embodied, intuitive, trauma-informed, and energetically aware and she is devoted to leading that evolution.
