My approach
I do one on one coaching where we discuss where they want to be in their life, and what might be holding them back. I challenge them on their thoughts and help them discover the changes to make while giving helpful tools and support.
Working with women to help them overcome overwhelm and find confidence to thrive in life. I help women overcome self doubt and find their authentic self and discover how to live more authentically in their life. I also host women’s retreats that focus on building self love and self confidence.
