Basham + Osselear Families

Courtney Osselaer RN, BSN, NC-BC

Phoenix, AZ

"Through our work together, I've gained clarity on what truly matters to me and begun to release the guilt associated with setting boundaries. For the first time, I can say 'no' without the familiar tightness in my chest or the lingering guilt that used to follow me. I’m now making choices that honor my well-being and my family rather than trying to meet everyone else’s expectations. I've even rediscovered the joy of slowing down, spending quality time with my family, and allowing myself to dream again, something I hadn't done in years." ~T.C.

I help self-aware spiritual moms understand and learn from their triggers, so they can break free of anxiety, overwhelm, and people-pleasing. Together, we break generational cycles and create a ripple effect of peace and freedom for future generations.

Specialities

My approach

My approach as a Holistic Nurse Coach is deeply rooted in intuition, empowerment, and emotional safety. I guide my clients—high-achieving moms and spiritual women—toward self-trust, helping them break generational cycles, set strong yet loving boundaries, and reconnect with their true selves. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I meet each person where they are, using mindset work, inner child healing, and nervous system regulation to create lasting transformation. My coaching is a balance of deep, reflective work and practical tools, allowing my clients to feel more present, at peace, and aligned in their lives. Ultimately, I help them embody their own wisdom so they can live authentically and show up fully for themselves and their families.
