My approach
I use a whole food plant based diet. At the same time, I use coaching techniques such as identifying values and goals, motivational interviewing, imagery training, habit stacking, etc. There is a strong educational component. I have a roadmap called FREEDOM: Find your why's, have Realistic expectations, Get Educated, Enlist support, Determine your commitment, Identify Obstacles and have and open mind, Move forward.
