I empower women to communicate effectively and express emotions in a healthy way allowing them to be seen and heard. I work with them to identify the root cause of perfectionism, need to control, and people pleasing and guide them to release these obstacles. I support them to shift their perspectives through thought work and cultivating their capacity to be in the present moment.
