"I blend neuroscience, emotional regulation, spiritual wisdom, and trauma-informed coaching to help clients recognize hidden trauma, break generational patterns, and expand their capacity for joy, leadership, and purpose. My approach is rooted in compassion and clarity, creating a safe and supportive space for clients to be seen, understood, and strengthened from the inside out. In addition to my nursing certifications, I am a Certified Mental Health Coach with a specialty in trauma and crisis, bringing a deep level of insight and safety to every client experience. I am committed to making transformative coaching accessible, and scholarships are available to ensure that financial barriers never stand in the way of healing and growth."
