Nurse Coach Removal and Financial Commitment:

• Nurse Coach Finders reserves the right to cancel and remove any Nurse Coaches that do not align with the integrity of the company.
• The decision will be made solely by the discretion of Nurse Coach Finders. This will include no refunds.
• The monthly financial commitment to list a Nurse Coach business on the site will be a non-refundable 1 year commitment, and charges will  be automatically collected by Nurse Coach Finders' financial platform preference.

Limitation of Liability:

• In no event shall Nurse Coach Finders, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any:
  • Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.
  • Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Website.
  • Unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Indemnification:

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nurse Coach Finders and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website.
